Committee accepts multiple FAA/AIP grants and approves airport operating agreements

The committee also approved four taxi/limousine letters of agreement for Hilton Head Island Airport (S & J Expressway Taxi, Native Islanders Transportation LLC, Ferguson Transportation, Apple Transportation) with prescribed fares and vehicle standards, and three non‑tenant commercial operating agreements for Beaufort Executive Airport (Stevens Aerospace & Defense Systems; EGA Arrow Specialty Services LLC; Constant Aviation) to provide on‑call maintenance and services. Staff said revenue from non‑tenant agreements depends on activity but welcomed the expanded service options.
