Staff said the amendments will carry the implementation and training schedule through the end of November and cover the planned three‑month post‑go‑live support window.
Board members pressed staff on whether an additional amendment should be expected for support after the three‑month period; staff said any further support needs would be brought back to the board. Supervisors emphasized the importance of mandatory participation from department directors so staff can be trained and ready for the new go‑live timeline. The board approved the amendments and related direction on trainings by unanimous vote, 5–0.
Auditor‑controller staff said a change order for the software vendor is pending before county counsel and will be presented separately in the coming weeks; the amendments approved today covered consultant and training costs only. The board asked the auditor to provide a schedule and confirm mandatory training dates for all departments.
