Trustee Victor McKnight moved the approval and Trustee Sara Azat seconded; the board recorded a 5–0 vote in favor.
Chief Business Official Renee Loeza presented the AB1200 disclosure and summarized the contract terms for board review before the vote. "[The AB1200 disclosure and ratification] was approved," the minutes record, and the action carried on the motion by McKnight and second by Azat. The board did not record any no votes or abstentions.
The board took the vote during its action items session after a public hearing portion of the meeting. The approval is recorded as a formal action of the board and will be reflected in district records and AB1200 disclosures required under state law.
