Board approves E‑Rate and WAN contracts for internet services, awarding to Crown Castle and Questivity

Trustees asked clarifying questions about an earlier change order on a CalShape HVAC project and about the RFP/notice-of-completion status; staff explained the change-order amount was modest relative to the awarded total and that much of the CalShape work is state-funded.
Approvals included Category 1 internet services and WAN services awarded to Crown Castle Fiber and an award for Category 2 network hardware and licensing to Questivity, each for terms up to five years as reflected in the consent-item descriptions.
