Andrea, representing ServiceSource's Arlington Weaves program, said the organization held “spin weave week” activities for the public and invited the community to an anniversary celebration on Oct. 24 at Long Branch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. "Our next thing is gonna be on October 24, which is our anniversary," Andrea said, inviting attendees.
Del Bria introduced a county social media campaign using the hashtag #ArlingtoniansAtWork to highlight people with developmental disabilities who hold jobs or run businesses, and asked committee members to share and nominate profiles. The campaign aims to run through the end of the year and to package profiles for next year.
