Roxbury selectmen move three TIF non‑profit applications forward with conditions

For the ATV Club, the board required submission of minutes, proof of 501(c)(3) status and landowner permission, and solicitation of bids; the ATV Club must provide those documents by the end of January 2026 or the request will be denied. The board moved forward the Slippery Sliders’ request with a similar condition that its minutes and 501(c)(3) documentation be updated to show the Town of Roxbury by the end of January or be denied.
The decisions were recorded as motions by Selectman Timothy Derouche and seconded by Selectman Matthew Patneaude, with each motion carrying on a 2‑0 vote. These actions implement the board’s current enforcement of documentation requirements for TIF non‑profit applicants and preserve the town’s timeline for using previously allocated paving funds.
