The transfers included payments and reimbursements to local clubs and departments: TIF to operating account transfers of $7,166.33 and $5,583.15 for groomer repairs; a TIF transfer of $24,299.57 for the ATV Club's 2025 grant; a miscellaneous transfer of $139.20 to cemetery maintenance for a veterans flag donation; a $35,000 entry to the Fire Department listed as a Stephen King grant; a $577.75 fire-department cost-recovery entry; FEMA-related deposits/transfers for summer roads ($360.00), Watershed (Mayday) $9,389.70, Capital Improvements $21,217.84, and Fire Department $5,566.11; and an audit overage payment of $3,000. The Board also approved MMA dues of $569.00 and a Solid Waste Disposal overage of $2,462.83.
Selectman Timothy Derouche moved to approve the listed items and sign the sheet; Ray Hodsdon seconded and the Board voted 3-0 to adopt the transfers and the warrant. The motion to approve the warrant itself was moved by Timothy Derouche, seconded by Matthew Patneaude, and carried 3-0.
