Selectmen approve ATV Club’s summer trail work for grant reimbursement after review

An ATV Club representative told the Roxbury Board of Selectmen the club completed work this summer on the Coley Trail and submitted invoices, asking that the work be included in the current grant. Selectman Timothy Derouche moved to accept the work after review; the motion was seconded by Selectman Matthew Patneaude and approved 3-0.
Board members told the club they must provide documentation showing which contractors or suppliers were contacted and the responses received because the club had difficulty obtaining multiple gravel quotes. The board also noted that the snowmobile club’s separate grant request would be tabled for a future meeting when its paperwork is complete.
