Staff recommended a $500 civil penalty consistent with the PDC penalty schedule, to be suspended if the respondent commits no further violations of chapter 42.17A for four years. Chair Jay Leach found a violation, ordered the $500 penalty to be assessed and suspended on the stated conditions, and closed the hearing on that matter.
The chair confirmed with staff that all reports had been updated and that no additional reporting requirements were due at this time.
