Alan Sargent, project representative, told the board the site has 102 batteries on-site, with 37 already set on foundations and a target of 136 total. "102 batteries on-site. Got 37 that have been set on foundations already. 136 is the total we're shooting for," he said, and noted deliveries pause after the next shipments with the next bulk delivery window scheduled for mid-August.
Sargent reported some logistics challenges, including one battery that suffered water contamination after a door was not latched and will be removed and replaced. He said the contractor expects to complete deliveries and on-site equipment installation by Aug. 26 for final deliveries and remains optimistic about a mid-December overall completion date, depending on weather.
