The Santee School District Board approved its consent agenda 5-0 on Nov. 5, 2024. Consent items included travel requests; general services agreements; acceptance of donations, grants and bequests; authorization to sell or dispose of surplus items; authorization to submit an application for PL 81-784 and designation of an authorized representative; and approval/ratification of Change Order #1 for Bid #2024-075-001, the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) infrastructure project at the district transportation yard.
Other approved consent items included a piggyback CMAS contract award to IT Management Corporation, curriculum approval for the district's Alternative School, and ratification of nonpublic school and agency master contracts. The board also approved personnel actions, revised job descriptions, and a side letter agreement with the Santee Teachers Association on multi-factor authentication. The board scheduled its annual Organizational meeting for Dec. 19 at 6:00 p.m.
