County recycling planner says Part 115 materials-management planning is struggling with attendance; virtual option added

The committee discussed outreach and the importance of broader stakeholder involvement for Part 115 planning; no formal action was taken at the May 6 meeting. The next MMPC Part 115 meeting was noted for May 27, 2026 in Manistee, and Smith-Kasten encouraged members to consider attending or sharing the virtual access option with interested parties.
