The Floyd County Board of Supervisors approved right-of-way contracts tied to the Underwood Avenue Bridge Project (Projects 114 and 117). The board authorized specific payments of $7,871.27 to Nilewood Partnership, LLLP; $2,031.52 to the Duane Jaeger Grantor Trust; and $3,548.06 to Admore Acres, LLC. The motion was made by Rottinghaus and seconded by Campbell and passed with a unanimous 3-0 vote.
The contracts clear property interests needed for bridge work and are part of ongoing county bridge replacement efforts. County staff indicated these payments are project-specific right-of-way acquisitions authorized by the board to allow contractor and engineer access to complete design and construction.
