She announced top performer and float winners and named Lily's Flower Shop as this year’s Christmas business of the year; representatives from Pond (Paw) School District and the Orpheus Car Club accepted recognition and thanked the city.
Council members congratulated organizers and volunteers and encouraged continued community participation in future events.
