Trustees approved the minutes from Aug. 5 on a voice vote after Trustee Perchinski moved and Trustee Joyce seconded. Trustee Perchinski later moved and Trustee Stewart seconded a motion to pay all bills when funds become available; the roll call recorded ayes from Trustees Thurmond, Stewart, Trotier, Joyce and Perchinski and Mayor Peterson, and the motion carried. The board also approved a conditional business license for Herr Display Vans at 3321 Louis Sherman Drive pending inspections. Trustee Perchinski moved to adjourn to executive session at 7:32 p.m. under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) to discuss personnel; the board reconvened at 7:54 p.m. and adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m.
