During the re-organizational meeting on April 21, 2025, the board voted to establish two-year terms for the offices of President, Vice-President and Secretary, and then elected Ann Orwig as President (5-0), Bruce West as Vice-President (5-0) and Emily Leezer as Secretary (5-0). Rebecca Lane was appointed District Treasurer and Recording Secretary, and the board designated several local banks and the Illinois Liquid Asset Fund as depositories of district funds.
The board also adopted all existing policies from the prior board and set the 2025–26 regular meeting dates (third Monday most months with specified exceptions). Committee assignments were tabled until a seventh board member is chosen.
