The Stark County CUSD #100 Board voted 6-0 to approve a 2025–26 contract with BIST (Behavior Interventions and Support Team) for $20,800. The contract—paid from Title I funds—includes monthly on-site consultation, parent virtual sessions and resources, Vision Team facilitation, and attendance at the Annual BIST Leadership Conference.
Administrators said the proposed contract is a reduction from previous years and reflects continued district investment in behavior intervention supports. Bruce West moved approval and Emily Leezer seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
