Winhall highway foreman reports culvert work done; new vehicles expected in August

At the July 15 meeting, Highway foreman Trevor Dryden reported that contractor AS Clark completed culvert work on Winhall Hollow Road and that Hunter is grinding roads in preparation for paving. Dryden said a different, larger-size culvert will be used at property #38 and that Josh approved the change; the Board concurred.
Dryden told members the roadside mower needs repair. He also reported that Dusty Gordon's outfitted truck should arrive by the end of August and that a Ford pickup currently being built is expected around the same time. The Board discussed fall highway projects and prioritized repair and equipment timelines.
