Select Board approves contractor to repair Town Office front steps

At the July 15 meeting the Select Board approved a motion to hire Concrete Impressions to repair the Town Office front steps; Christie Boswell seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Board members also noted that stair nosing at the library will be addressed and discussed budget lines for these repairs.
Facilities lead Scott Bushee said he had contacted contractors about incomplete Town building work and that the furnace replacement for the four-bay garage will be completed by Irving Furnace before September. The Board asked Bushee to provide estimates for all outstanding repairs to inform the 2027-28 municipal budget.
