The McSwain Union Elementary School District Board of Trustees approved the Feb. 10, 2025 consent agenda and several formal items without recorded opposition.
The consent agenda included monthly financial reports (general fund and cafe), monthly enrollment and ASB reports, minutes from the Jan. 13, 2026 regular meeting, warrants for payment (Batch 31–33), the personnel report, and MOUs for behavioral-analyst services and the "Here to Learn" program, plus a contract with accounting firm Eide Bailey. The transcript records: "Motion was made by Trustee Hoffar and seconded by Trustee Halpin to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously."
Separately, the board approved the McSwain School Accountability Report Card (SARC) on a motion by Trustee Roduner and seconded by Trustee Scoto, and voted unanimously to accept the district's audit report after a motion by Trustee Roduner and seconded by Trustee Scoto. The board also approved the nomination for a California School Boards Association (CSBA) delegate on a unanimous vote.
