District sets three focus areas for the year: climate, literacy, attendance

The presenter said the leadership team includes classified and certified staff and administration who will coordinate across the district to implement the goals. Board members were told these priorities will inform training and professional development, including literacy coaching and PBIS (positive behavior interventions and supports). The presenter noted plans to share outcomes districtwide so staff and families understand the work and progress.
