Wayne County approves $466,208 Colliers contract for Leach Road bridge preliminary engineering

The negotiated fee for the preliminary engineering phase is $466,208.11; the New York State Department of Transportation reviewed and approved the scope of work and fee.
The resolution indicates the project is listed on the Transportation Improvement Plan and that nine proposals were solicited; Colliers was selected following proposal review. The Madam Chair was authorized to execute the agreement subject to County Attorney approval.
