Mr. Aman presented Resolution 212-26 and the board voted to authorize a contract with Youth Advocate Program, Inc., of Newark, NY, to provide Preventive Services to families and youth at risk of out-of-home placement. The contract term for the initial period is April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $484,500. The procurement record attached to the resolution shows the proposer received a cumulative evaluation score of 886 out of 1,000, the highest among respondents.
The resolution notes optional renewals for two additional years at amounts not to exceed $500,917 for 2027 and $518,346 for 2028. Mr. Cramer moved the adoption and, on roll call, the resolution was adopted. County Attorney review of the final contract form was required before execution.
