Summary

The Planning Board took the following formal actions on April 8, 2025:
- Design Review Board changes (PBDASH2025-002): Board recommended approval of an amended ordinance to specify two meetings per month (dates to be stated explicitly) and to reduce total DRB membership to lower the quorum threshold. The motion was made and seconded and the board recorded that the motion passed.
- Solar moratorium (PB-2025-003): Board recommended a six‑month moratorium on enforcement of the residential solar requirement (LDC section 20‑3.6(w)), exempting active permits and allowing the Commission to extend or dissolve the moratorium earlier. Staff noted the solar trust fund created in 2021 had not been enforced to date and will be addressed in staff follow‑up.
- Minutes: The board approved the March 11 meeting minutes with a correction to mark item number 3 as deferred.
