The Commission identified Joanna Church and Emily Brown as potential assistants, proposing that Joanna focus on pre-1937 cataloging (up to ten hours per week, particularly weekends) and Emily concentrate on records-management-plan processing after her summer absence. Bob will organize a planning meeting with staff and volunteers to define responsibilities, workflow, and coordination with the Town's records-management obligations.
