Board approves July 1 minutes, notes withdrawn protest and adjourns

There were no public commenters signed up at the meeting, and after handling the day's business the board moved to adjourn at 10:19 a.m. The clerk's note records that the meeting agenda had been posted on July 10, 2025, at 2:55 p.m.
