The consent packet also included approval of an agreement between TMBR and the JHTTB for web services, an amendment to the Fiscal Manager contract, an IT contract with Teton Tech, and the annual Datafy Advanced Analytics and Advertising Contract. The board recorded the vote as unanimous with all seven members present voting in favor. No member requested separate consideration of any consent item.
