Board approves purchase and placement of storage shed for Steward Elementary

The Steward Elementary School District No. 220 Board approved a motion on Aug. 20 to purchase a storage shed from Countryside Barns and to have concrete work completed by Turner Concrete. The motion specified the shed will be placed on the west side of the school adjacent to the baseball diamond and passed by roll call with all ayes.
"On a motion by Vicki Maertz, seconded by Jen Kraemer, and with a roll call of all ayes, a storage shed will be purchased from Countryside Barns, with concrete work to be done by Turner Concrete, and will be placed on the West side of the school by the baseball diamond," the minutes state. Facilities staff were directed to coordinate purchase and placement and report back to the board.
