A commission member reported drilled holes and a newly installed sign at the northeast corner of the Wheeler Opera House and asked staff to investigate. Staff said they would review permitting records, follow up on any outstanding 311 inquiries, and require repairs where holes are present.
Staff also reported that ACRA obtained a permit for a previously discussed sign at the armory and that contractors were asked to reinstall the sign per the approved permit after an initial installation differed from the approved design.
