The principal described daily data analysis, teacher commitments for benchmark gains, and focused "camp" days where non-tested grade-level students receive concentrated instruction in reading and math.
"Every teacher had to fill this out, and then they had to look and analyze the data and give me a commitment," the principal said, summarizing how classroom-level commitments aggregate to campus targets. Trustees praised the practices and asked staff to post the LSG presentation and Q&A materials on the district website for transparency.
