William Bruegger nominated Weiss for chair; Steve Nelson moved to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot, with Chris Lindstrom seconding. The motion carried.
The committee then moved through routine business: Chris Lindstrom moved to approve the agenda, Robert Sendelbach seconded and the motion carried; William Bruegger moved to approve the prior minutes, Sendelbach seconded and that motion also carried. The committee scheduled its next meeting for July 15 at 8:00 a.m.
