The chair asked staff to verify source sheets from the landfill and the committee approved placing the quarterly report and related inspection reviews on file.
Staff also briefed the committee on inspection activity and compliance measures at the landfill, including a compliance commitment agreement for wind‑blown litter. Staff said mitigations — new defender fencing, movable windscreens and a nearly 30‑foot golf net installed at the eastern perimeter — have been completed to address the issue and that conditions of the agreement appear met.
