Dr. Teri Shaw, the district Chief School Business Official, reviewed the FY25 budget timeline and financial projections, stating, "The fund balance target is no less than 33% to 65% of the annual expenditures in the operating funds." She also noted a reported EBF increase of $27,931 and an Elevating Educators special education grant for $105,000; five‑year projections showed fund balances between 33% and 65% and unaudited balances higher than budgeted.
