The Board of Adjustment convened on June 18, 2026, but did not have enough members present to conduct business, and the meeting was closed without action.
Staff announced it will schedule a special meeting for June 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers. S1 asked that at least four board members confirm their availability by noon Monday so the required three-day notice can be met and the board will have a quorum for the special session. "We do not have a quorum," S1 said when the roll call showed three members present and three absent.
S2 called the meeting to order and asked staff to call the roll; S1 read the roll, naming Charity Campfield, Curtis Claibaugh, Linda Burt, Michael O'Donnell, Aaron LeBlanc and Dustin Brown. Because the board lacked a quorum, S1 explained that only approval of the minutes and item A will be eligible for consideration at the special meeting and that no other business will be conducted at a special meeting.
The board closed the meeting for June 18 without taking formal votes. S1 said he would email all board members and requested written confirmation from at least four members to preserve a public record of notice and attendance.
