Board adopts instructional continuity plan to supplement safety plan

Following a brief presentation, the board approved an Instructional Continuity Plan (ICP) that will accompany the district's safety plan.
"Jasmine Day did a presentation on the ICP. It will be part of our regular safety plan moving forward," said Superintendent Dr. Kimberly Sheehan.
Board member motions carried on a unanimous roll-call vote. The ICP was described as a procedural supplement to ensure instructional continuity in the event of disruptions; no policy changes or budget impacts were discussed during the meeting.
The district will incorporate the ICP text into its next safety-plan cycle and address detailed implementation steps and timelines outside the public meeting.
