County staff asked the commission to approve an annual contract with ImageTrend LLC for EMS billing and integration services for $10,079.40 covering July 20, 2026, through July 19, 2027. Christine, the staff presenter, said the change to ImageTrend and related tools made billing easier to track and increased revenue for the county.
"It saved us close to about $5,000 in addition," Christine said, explaining that ImageTrend plus related services simplified tracking and collection. A commissioner moved to approve the payment and the motion passed on recorded votes from the commissioners present.
The contract covers the ImageTrend Billing Bridge, Availity clearing-house integration and MyEMS Care online payment services for the listed contract year. Staff fielded brief praise for an employee, Sarah, who Christine said contributed to the increase in collections; Sarah was present but did not speak at the meeting.
