Village staff presented enlarged site graphics, explained the L-shaped design for Building 10 and confirmed the total apartment count rises to 139 under the proposal.
During discussion, a trustee asked for a breakdown of one- and two-bedroom units; staff said it could provide a bedroom-by-unit breakdown and send that information to board members. The board moved to amend the planned development district and approved the amendment by voice vote.
