The board provided authorization to set the public hearing date; the hearing will be the formal opportunity for public comment and staff analysis under the Brownfield Redevelopment process.
Nathan also noted the project is tied to Brownfield grant and PEC requirements that will include a policy adoption before project closeout. Citizens and stakeholders should expect legal notice and project materials in advance of the July 1 hearing.
