Committee Chair William Thew called the meeting to order at 9:55 a.m.; the minutes indicate that Committee member K. Michael Hanna later moved to adjourn, seconded by Brian C. Schu, and the motion carried 5-0. The minutes were "Respectfully Submitted by Amanda L. Chapman, Deputy Clerk, Steuben County Legislature."
