Separately, a representative identified as Michael requested signage for Saint John's parish festival (Aug. 21–23); staff said the signs would go up the Friday before and be removed the day after the festival. The board approved both signage requests.
Staff noted that tickets for the Rotary event would be available at the door and online; no additional restrictions or modifications to the city’s sign policy were imposed.
