Trustee Tara Ramsey relayed a resident request to abandon a Main Street sidewalk so a homeowner could build a porch; President Bruce Dowdy clarified that a porch in that location would be on Village property. Superintendent Jake Heberling reported roughly 300 feet of sidewalk had been poured using Motor Fuel Tax funds.
Ramsey also announced a fundraiser at the American Legion Hall on Nov. 30, 2024. Officer Manager Kari Scott reported another application for the TIF district was received and will be placed on the Dec. 2 agenda for Board consideration; the minutes do not provide details of the TIF applicant or the proposed project.
