Downtown expansion applicant accepts reduced award after advisory board cites limited funds

Staff told the board that, following a program workshop, a recipient that receives a grant cannot reapply within 60 calendar months (five years). "We wouldn't allow people to reapply for 5 years once they receive a grant," staff said while summarizing the workshop outcomes. The board also discussed limits on reapplication and administrative adjustments to speed small awards.
