The minutes list Zoning Board members Britt Talley, Mike Hartwig, Frank McChristy, Blake Mink and John LeVault in attendance for the Oct. 23 hearing, and record a motion by Frank McChristy, seconded by Britt Talley, to approve the variance. The Board of Trustees later approved the Zoning Report for October by a 6-0 vote.
