The board noted a capital projects pool of $1.5 million with a prior $800,000 transfer and left room for additional transfers if a dedicated project is identified.
Members agreed to solicit department requests by Thursday and reconvene the budget discussion at the next meeting. The chair emphasized the amendment is a working document subject to additions or deletions.
