Undersheriff Jerry Ziolkowski reported he researched the speed limit for 180th and "found a resolution from June of 2018 where the speed limit was changed to 40 mph." He told commissioners he plans to work with the Road & Bridge Department to add more signs reminding drivers of the posted 40-mph limit.
The minutes do not record a new ordinance or vote; the action recorded is an internal follow-up to arrange additional signage, assigned to the Road & Bridge Department for implementation.
