Walker said the county is unable to receive a refund if it cancels the KnowBe4 contract.
Walker indicated the service is not currently being utilized because it duplicates existing training; she said she contacted KnowBe4 and confirmed there is no refund option. The commission did not take immediate formal action on cancellation but Walker was directed to follow up and to present a separate resolution on the refund policy at a later meeting.
