Engineering reports: Phase IV pay application approved; Phase V on hold, Route 20 permitting underway

Town engineer Ryan Holcomb briefed the council on multiple infrastructure projects. He reported that the first construction progress meeting for Phase IV of the sewer project has occurred, staff are working to add three customers near Sandy—s Hardware that will require environmental clearance and DEP approval, and Requisition #3 (a pay application) was approved in the amount of $312,365.33. Holcomb said Phase V remains on hold while Route 20 corridor work is moving through a DEP permit modification that must be resolved before the town advertises for bids.
Holcomb also updated the council on AML-Phase I AMD closeout work and an upcoming Change Order #3 for additional paving and screen, and said a NEPA environmental assessment for Phase II AMD has been drafted and is in process of submission.
