Smith said Zayo Group had submitted plans and Road and Bridge staff had reviewed the work. The commission also agreed to allow Road and Bridge to spray the Bennington Fire Department parking lot twice a year, with the department paying for materials. The approvals allow Zayo to proceed subject to the submitted plans and any standard conditions in the county permit process.
