"We received 2 quotes back. 1 was from 3 plus ones as you would guess for 47 8 0 8 and another from Debtbook, which was quite a bit more, a $112,350," said Mitch, who asked the committee to approve moving forward with 3 Plus 1. The committee moved, seconded and approved the contract award.
