County awards $15,626.98 culvert replacement after sinkhole created by corroded pipes

Commissioner Therese M. Brown moved approval; Ronald W. Turpin seconded and the vote was 3-0. Hartman recorded the engineering context and the need for prompt replacement to address the roadway failure.
